4 reasons why you should be exercising, and they’re not what you think!

[dropcap]I[/dropcap]f you’re like me, you probably spend a bit of time on social media. You’ll notice a lot of ‘fitness experts’ spouting off about how much fun you’ll have training and that you should be doing it to lose weight. But is that all you get from exercising?

I thought I would inform you of just some of the many benefits that you may not think you would get from exercising

#1 Confidence

It’s kind of obvious right? But often over looked as one of the major benefits of exercise and getting into better shape. I don’t just mean the confidence that naturally occurs because you look better either; imagine realising the power of achieving a goal. A goal that you set and then smashed out of the park – it’s a powerful tool! It becomes infectious, you will ooze confidence, I see it all the time here at Impact.

#2 You become more productive at work.

Say goodbye to afternoon drowsiness. You know what I mean don’t you, 3pm and you’re struggling to keep motivated at work. As soon as you start to eat the right foods and exercise, your body will be so much more alert throughout the day. Meaning you can keep focused on the task in hand, better performance at work tends to lead to more money for you, and we both know that you’d like some more money in your pocket.

#3 Have more sex

I know it’s a taboo subject, but lets get straight into it! You start to train, your body will change and you’ll have some more confidence (there’s that confidence kicking in again 😉 ) in your body, your partner will notice for sure – you’d better believe he/she is going to want to have more sex with this new body of yours why wouldn’t they? Single? Don’t sweat it; with your new body I’m sure you will attract someone in no time.

#4 Improved posture

Sitting at your desk all day isn’t good for your posture, who’d have thought it? Struggling with a niggling upper back? Chances are you could do with improving your posture. Well with a well-structured plan, we’ll have you standing up tall and hopefully pain free in no time! One of the major differences we see here at Impact (apart from the bad ass shape changes!) is how different our clients postures become. No more walking around with rounded and hunched backs, they’re now walking tall and proud, maybe it’s to do with improved confidence as well? I’m beginning to sound like a parrot now – sorry 🙂

So there you have it, 4 awesome reasons why you should be exercising. It’s not just about improving how you look , your whole life can and will improve from exercising! If you’re unsure of where to start, drop us an email on info@impact-pt-live.local
